Terms & Conditions

  1. We understand that the discussion around a Solar package for your home may take some time, so once you have registered your details with us, then the deal will be valid irrespective of the future install date.
  2. A 50% deposit must be paid upfront before works will begin
  3. All of our installations are subject to our standard terms of service. If we identify that your installation will require additional work  or costs we will provide you with a customised quote which you must accept before we start a work.

Our standard installations are suitable for properties with a maximum roof pitch of 45 degrees. Installations on steeper roofs may require customised solutions and incur additional charges. Scaffolding if required is an additional cost.

  1. Our installations require adequate space in your existing switchboard and our standard pricing package allows for a maximum cable runs for 5 metres from the switchboard to the inverter or battery.
  2. If additional cabling is required, or if the dwitchboard does not meet the current safety standards (particularly for whole home backup), additional costs may be incurred to upgrade or modify the setup accordingly.

Our standard installation pricing is based on installing solar panels on a corrugated iron roof. Installations on other roofing types (e.g. tile, decramastic, membrane) may involve additional labour or mounting system costs.

  1. All installations must comply with the AS/ NZS 3000 Wiring Rules. In some cases, this may require additional mechanical protection, including (but not limited to) bollards for wall-mounted battery systems located on rear or side walls.
  2. The electrical compliance requirements are assessed on-site, paticularly where batteries at risk of damage from normal vehicle movements (e.g. in driveways or garages).

Solar Installation & Care

Rails are anchored to rafters, penetrations are flashed, cables run in UV-rated conduit and switchboards are upgraded with surge protection. After commissioning, we demonstrate monitoring apps and provide a complimentary twelve-month health check. Ongoing plans include panel cleaning, firmware updates and generation reports. Flexible finance spreads investment, and product plus performance guarantees ensure at least 84% output after twenty-five years.
